The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently browsing the Fernie two Community Hall in Mpuluzi to render services on the community.
SASSA is going to be rendering companies for example new social grant applications, change of payment method, customer treatment enquiries, in addition to the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.
In a statement, the agency reported it truly is alarmed with regard to the high range of people counting on social grants for survival.
“The aim on the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to a substantial number of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.
“This is due to lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there's no completely functional office committed to service the area on a daily basis.
